Společnost ELFE, s. r. o. se nachází v Krnově v okrese Bruntál, byla založena 1. února 1993 a je v českém soukromém vlastnictví. Počátek firmy je spjat se zánikem státních podniků a vznikem státních akciových společností a společností s ručením omezeným. Strojírenská firma ELFE, s. r. o. využila těchto možností, získala obchodní kontakty na nových trzích v zahraničí a začala pro ně vyrábět části strojů a zařízení.
