East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC), is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which means we are a community-based nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive whole-person primary and preventive care, including medical, dental, and mental health/substance abuse services to persons of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our Mission is: To witness to God's love, known in Jesus Christ, by empowering our patients through community-centered, whole-person quality health care for all, which includes those who are uninsured, underinsured, and underserved.
ELFHCC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for the quality of care provided in our three locations by multiple providers delivering care to approximately 10,000 patients through approximately 40,000 visits per year.
