ELFI began as a pre-fabricated wall and roofing manufacturer in 2002. Our panelized systems, then and now, combine structural, load-bearing, steel framing and Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation into one product. Almost immediately we integrated other high performing products and systems with ELFI’s system, to engineer a complete exterior envelope (a shell) of a highly energy-efficient building. The ELFI exterior building envelope delivers annual energy savings of forty to sixty percent (40-60%) over traditional construction materials and methods, with scalability and architectural design flexibility. ELFI serves two major markets: Those who purchase our customized components and expertise to utilize for their construction projects; and, domestic & international entrepreneurs or companies who want to develop their own ELFI-based manufacturing business to produce and market ELFI products to integrate ELFI systems into their construction activities, establishing ELFI energy-efficient system production and jobs and careers creation, within their own country or region.
