Elge Precision Machining, founded in 1946, custom manufactures high quality screw machine products and CNC turned products. With over 48 machines in house including Davenport, Browne & Sharpe screw machines, Hardinge, Miyano and Omni-Turn CNC turning centers, ELGE has produced millions of parts that flood the product streams of America and beyond. Capabilities include forming, slotting, precision CNC turning, deburring, drilling, threading, tapping, thread rolling, knurling, broaching, cross tapping, single point threading, C-axis work, opposing spindle work & cross drilling with tolerances up to 0.0005 for max dia. of 2 in. (round) & 1-5/8 in. for hex shapes.
