Elie is a trained trauma resolution coach and sexual and relational trauma expert who supports aid workers and changemakers with somatic trauma healing and post-traumatic growth.
Elie works with an international clientele in her private practice, supporting leaders so we can live more vibrant lives of purpose and enjoy deeply fulfilling relationships.
She also creates and delivers wellbeing programs for NGOs, impact entrepreneurs, international development professionals, and humanitarian aid workers around the world. Customized programs range from weekend retreats to several months of dedicated wellness support, including mindfulness meditation programs and trauma education for high-stress workplaces.
Traumatic memories and somatic imprints stay with the body until we are supported to release them. Most of us don't realize that trauma wants to heal. But the answer is in the body, not the mind.
Elie is trained in the latest clinical applications of behavioral medicine. In addition to her 750-hour sexual trauma certification, she has a Masters of Pubic Health from Johns Hopkins University. She has taught at Yale University, the Stockholm Resilience Center, and Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
Elie strongly believes you do not have to give up your health or happiness to be of service in the world. Her work with organizations and in her private practice support changemakers to resolve past trauma so we can be more on purpose in the world.
