“Il Mercante di Spezie” has been established in 1999 by an equip of professionals in international haute cuisine. In 2004, we registered our trademark aiming to underline our passion for and knowledge of the spices combined to our creativity to marry them with unusual ingredients and create original products such as sugars, salts, coffees, teas, infusions, biscuits, spicy coatings and so on. Without never forgetting high quality standards, our activity is able to satisfy the hardest-to please gourmets.
Most people ask us how arose our passion for spices… it’s hard to explain how an interest comes out and changes into passion becoming part of your life. You can just live it, daily, and feed it with the same impulses that a passion naturally suggests.
