Eline Van Ree

Eline van Ree is a Belgian emerging fashion designer who found her identity as a designer in Barcelona: Her strength is the mixture of her Belgian roots combined with the Mediterranean open lifestyle. At the age of 18 Eline van Ree started to study at the Royal Academy of fashion in Antwerp. After her studies, she gained different professional experiences at established designer’s studios and commercial brands, which taught her how the fashion industry works. From Antwerp she moved to Barcelona, the city she fell in love with during her travels in Europe. This moved her to start up her own fashion label. EVR was born in 2014 and the first women’s collection Mathilda was launched in March 2015. EVR is an Iconic, eclectic and wearable women’s label. Focused on hand created prints, playful-minimal cuts and lush fabrics. All the garments are made in the surroundings of Barcelona. The collections are designed to bring beauty and aesthetic, to make this world a pleasant and healthy place, where women can freely express themselves.
