The company has been operating in the Credit Provision industry since 1998. The company initially operated in the Micro Finance Industry solely through traditional brick-and-mortar operations. To stay relevant, Elite Group realised they needed to revolutionises aspects of the services in that that it they needed to provide clients and potential clients with instant and easily accessible products regardless of geographical location. In 2000, the Elite Group enhanced their services products and processes by making micro finance products available through an additional channel , viz., a centralised processing centre, providing loans to qualifying clients at the press of a button. This process centre mainly focuses on payroll deductions Clientelle, establishing relationships with designated employers.
