ELITE Training Solutions (ETS) was set up in 2018, and is premier provider of professional, specialised training within the employment sector. Originally an integral part of ELITE Supported Employment, we have grown into a separate training enterprise, thanks to the exceptional quality of training delivered by tutors with over 20 years in the industry. We conduct in-person training sessions across the UK and Europe, as well as digital courses too, for an engaging, interactive learning experience. We take great pride in offering a comprehensive range of programmes designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and organisations. As part of the ELITE group we are a Disability Confident Leader, and actively promote the Supported Employment model. This includes the delivery of our accredited Level Three Certificate for Supported Employment Practitioners. We regularly introduce new subjects to our portfolio, including First Aid for Mental Health, Assisting Disabled Customers, and Wellbeing in the Workplace.
