The Elite Anglr beginning was a chance meeting between the two business owners, Alan McCulloch and Donny Wilson at the 2018 Bassmaster Classic Champions Toast in Greenville, S.C. After hours of talking over various industry topics, the subject of a new clothing brand was brought in to the discussion. As weeks and months past, phone conversations continued on the subject of how to bring a better brand to the bass fishing community. Both Alan and Donny have a history of working in the bass fishing industries, their collective knowledge and different areas of expertise seemed like a perfect fit. Alan has been working with the Anglers in Action and Big Bass Bash for over a decade in sales and as the main stage spokesman. Donny has worked a a graphic designer for the National Guard Sponsored FLW, freelanced for various industry companies and most recently left B.A.S.S. to focus on the Elite Anglr brand. We wanted to create a better brand that the industry deserves. Elite Anglr promotes the lifestyle of anglers who need comfortable and dependable clothing for a long day on the water. Elite Anglr’s line of apparel includes ball caps, beanies, short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, hoodies and outdoor weather gear emblazoned with the unique Elite Anglr logo. Promoting fishing is major goals of the new company. Elite Anglr also plans on sponsoring conservation efforts by offering discounts on apparel for bass clubs or individual anglers who participate in conservation programs such as cleaning up waterways or better fish care.
