About Elite Realty Experts Elite Realty Experts as a company grew out of a vision that Broker/Owner Justin Ray had while working at his previous brokerage and thinking back to his past work experiences. Justin was the owner of a seafood wholesale company before coming into the real estate industry. He attributes his past experiences with the seafood company to his overwhelming want to satisfy client’s needs. “I always put customer service before anything else in business. Your clients are your bloodline. This is something that should never be taken for granted.” Justin took those experiences and brought them forward when he decided to get into the real estate business. Our goal is to make sure that we satisfy the needs of all of our clients and at the same time make the process and transactions go as smoothly as possible. “We approach every sale the same. Whether it is a $150,000 condo or a $1,000,000 luxury home, the fundamental goal of achieving what the client wants is and will always be our main focus.” But his philosophy wasn’t just for clients, it was for agents also. “You need to treat your agents with the highest level of respect that they deserve. Your agents are an extension of your brokerage; they are a representation of you. When there is an authentic and genuine work atmosphere, agents will be more apt to work with each other as opposed to against each other.” Justin believes that making his agents feel like they are truly wanted and appreciated is one of the greatest tasks he has as a broker/owner. “We work together, nobody works for me. I want my agents to know they are appreciated and I will make sure they know that.
