Functional Safety Consultancy - IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 - We can depute experienced PHA \ LOPA Facilitators for HAZOP / HAZID / CHAZOP / E-HAZOP Workshops, FMEA workshops, FSA, Risk Assessments and Deterministic SIL workshops. We undertake SIL Verification and Functional Safety Assessments in accordance with published international Standards. We are able to also support ATEX Assessments, Site Visits and activities tailored to Top Tier COMAH sites. Developing Technical Safety Studies and Documentation including SRS, SIS Proof Test Procedures, FSA Reports, Compliance Report, LOPA Conformance Reports and Functional Safety Audit Reports. SiS Design - We get involved from concept to commissioning - complete SiS Lifecycle from preparing initial ITT (Invitation to Tender) documentations, to technical bid evaluation, vendor selection, issuing key SiS deliverables, specification, managing SiS Vendor to witnessing FAT and Site Commissionig activities. During the Detailed Engineering phase we oversee Control System Vendor modifications, system build, documentation review, specification, track progress, ensure that the project is progressing on schedule, highlight any changes, or out of scope events and ensure that Safety and Industrial standards are strictly adhered to.
