When she got pregnant with our first daughter, my wife Brittany was suddenly left out of the equation. Sunday dinner just wasn’t the same with a glass of water, especially when everyone else had something interesting to enjoy . And the non-alcoholic options available then were compromises at best.
I started experimenting with different non-alcoholic formulations. Elix was the result of that experimentation.
