Elizabeth Chambers Cellar is a boutique winery specializing in Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley. We have just released our first wines on a national basis. Owned by Liz Chambers, a 3rd generation Oregonian whose family's winemaking presence dates back to 1991, our McMinnville-based winery is part of the dynamic growth of high-end Oregon wines.
We currently produce 3,500 cases. Signature wines include our Winemaker's Cuvee, a custom blend by winemaker Michael Stevenson.
We are located in the old McMinnville power plant building, which used to be the home of Panther Creek Cellars. The Chambers family sold Panther Creek in 2013 and Liz started her own label.
