Born and raised in Philadelphia, Elan found his passion for real estate at an early age when he took the initiative to shadow a successful real estate investor for less than minimum wage, later passing up a scholarship to UPenn Wharton business school deciding to launch his career instead. In 2006, he continued to follow this path where he pursued an opportunity in Birmingham, Alabama. Here he worked as a liaison, coordinating investments for an out-of-state investment group, facilitating flips and building a large rental portfolio that included sales, construction management, property management, leasing, financial reporting and more. This set the stage for Elan’s career and built a strong foundation that rapidly escalated his skillset and success in the real estate world. In 2009, Elan moved back to Philadelphia and joined the Phillyliving Real Estate team. He quickly advanced to a top producing agent, outperforming industry averages in all categories. Throughout the years, whether helping clients to buy or sell their homes, guiding them through their first investment, coordinating deals with seasoned investors, Elan’s knowledge, experience and resilience continues to guarantee his clients optimal results.
