Ella Pad is focusing on developing green women entrepreneurs, who are reusing textile scraps to make biodegradable sanitary napkins. Ella Pad’s entrepreneurship development is now getting popular in the development sector in Bangladesh. Many international organizations including EU and UN agencies are replicating the Ella Pad entrepreneurship model in remote rural areas including Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh.
