ELLA PUEDE is an all-inclusive creative branding network, founded by Aleja Jimenez and Natalie Garcia, two multidisciplinary creative entrepreneurs and marketing innovators. They manifested the network to help BIPOC and Latine creators, entrepreneurs, and talent navigate launching their businesses, creative campaigns, and marketing efforts. Through innovative branding, equitable marketing strategies, resources, and online education, Ella Puede centers personal development to build generational wealth from a lens that keenly understands the systemic obstacles and the ways in which their communities are marginalized. During their entrepreneurial development, they identified missing and necessary fundamentals, support, mentorship, and marketing ideation for their Latina market and the success of their businesses. The dynamic and creative duo combined their knowledge, expertise, and expansive skills to cultivate Ella Puede. The network administers resources, support, and educational tools that focus on the logistical aspect of operating a business, in addition to aiding in mindset reprogramming for BIPOC entrepreneurs to overcome limiting beliefs that hinder their ability to create generational wealth. Ella Puede is a space that will deliver aspiring entrepreneurs a sense of confidence and entitlement to take full control of building the table, creating the seats, and bringing an abundance of wealth to their network.
