Elli Riduttori SpA designs, develop and produce custom-made gearboxes of medium-large dimensions (gearboxes up to 110000 kg and more, gears up to 4500 mm diameter and above) for the following applications: • steel and aluminum industry (gearboxes for mill stands, coilers, strengtheners, converters, shears…) • paper industry (gearboxes for yankee dryers, dryer rolls, suction presses, rewinders, pulpers…) • rubber and plastics industry (gearboxes for calenders, extruders, mixers…) • minerals and cement industry (gearboxes for grinding mills, for rotating ovens, for conveyor belts…) • power stations (gearboxes for cooling towers, for air pre-heaters, for hydroelectric power plants…) • hoist and cranes (gearboxes for hoisting, for crane travel, for stacker-reclaimers…) • Shipbuilding (gearboxes for hoisting, for propeller drive, for engines…) Elli Riduttori has been active since 1951 on the market of gear power transmission, designing and manufacturing speed reducers, speed-changes, speed increasers, gears and pinions, elastic and gear couplings. With about 65 employees, a technical department with all the competence and experience required to design special gearboxes and a workshop equipped with a complete set of machine tools (saws, lathes, drills, mills, machining centers, broaches, hobbers for helical gears, cutters for bevel gears and for worm gears, grinders for cylinders and for plates, gear grinders) on a total surface of 40000 square meters of which 10000 indoor, Elli Gears is able to manage internally all the activities related to the design and manufacture of our products.
