Ellice Flint & Co (EFCO) was established in Sydney in 1985 by our director Ross Ellice Flint, who has over 30 years experience. Bringing his previous experience from time with Price Waterhouse Coopers to this new venture, during our 30 year existence we have built a successful reputation of combining the best aspects of large and small chartered accountancy firms. Our well trained and highly experienced staff have great knowledge and advice covering all areas of annual taxation compliance for all entity types (individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and superannuation funds) together with company, trust and superannuation statutory reporting, group structuring, new and suitable structures for ownership of investments and/or businesses, and depreciation, together with providing proactive solutions and tax minimising strategies. We also assist many of our clients with their investment portfolios and/or properties, managing their property transactions and understanding the tax benefits that are associated with such investments.
Working alongside a client's Investment Advisor we are able to establish Self Managed Superannuation Funds and well as attend to all compliance requirements.
