Ellis Engineering Recruitment are an Engineering and Technical Recruitment Agency based in Staffordshire. I started this business having been an Estate Agent for over ten years at a Branch Management level, following on from a period of six years working abroad managing holiday resorts for a giant tour operator. I had worked with recruiters over the years throughout my former career and hired and managed many people throughout my career. I later gained some more recruiting experience myself working within a local Engineering Manufacturer, and this led me to decide to eventually set up my own recruitment agency, as I really enjoyed meeting new people and finding them their dream jobs, as well as matching great businesses with great people. Building relationships with people comes naturally to me and I realise also that there is a gap in the market for a more personalised approach to the whole hiring process and I know with my background and skills, I can offer that difference. The right Job can change a person’s life and I really enjoy being a part of that process. I am often told I am breath of fresh air; as I work with quality people and with who I would only employ myself. I get to know my candidates well and I build strong relationships with them; so I know what will be right for them; as well as what will also be right for my hiring managers and the businesses I work with.
