Ellite Properties is a Real Estate Firm born in 2015 of the union of its two founders: Real Estate Agent Don Abel Micheletti, with extensive experience in the sale of luxury properties in Altea since 1995, and Don Konstantín Zakharov, a young Entrepreneur and founder of the prestigious ELLITE GROUP. We own more than 20.000m2 of land authorized for construction, which is why the development division of Ellite Properties is permanently active with projects developed in collaboration with architects of international renown. In addition, we offer the possibility of an integral service of Interior Design and Decoration to the client, if you wish, thanks to our own Design department. Also, we sell a wide portfolio of properties in the areas of Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Jávea, Villajoiosa, Albir, Benidorm, Finestrat and wide areas of the interior of the province of Alicante, all carefully selected using very strict criteria of location, quality and price.
