An ecological plant farm is to be built in the village. Biodynamic garden, cultivated according to the phases of the moon and the natural rhythm. Not using any sprays or pesticides. We want to establish social cooperatives - exchange of goods and services among the local community. Some houses will be for sale, and some for rent, as seasonal summer houses or agritourism houses. A local lounge, sports facility, amusement park, etc. is also to be built. Numerous personal development workshops will be organized in the settlement, promoting a healthy lifestyle and environmental protection.
