Hi there! I'm Elma Carew, and I proudly call the vibrant city of Galway home. As an ICF certified Career & Wellbeing Coach, I wear many hats working with people in the areas of career, wellbeing, relationships, confidence and general life stuff. I have 20 years of HR experience and I am a Chartered Fellow FCIPD member. My experience spans many sectors from IT and medical devices to financial services and agriculture. My mission? It’s simple: to spark awareness and inspire transformative change through a person-centered approach. By encouraging my clients to see things from fresh perspectives, I empower them to carve out clear paths forward, building confidence along the way. In 2020, I took a leap into entrepreneurship and founded my own coaching and consulting sanctuary. What drives me? Lighting the way for those seeking clarity, direction, and steadfast support. My qualifications, which include a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation & Leadership from University College Dublin, along with various coaching certifications from the Irish Lifecoach Institute and Kingstown College, showcase my commitment to ongoing growth. I've packed my toolbox with a wide range of skills, from navigating Emotional Intelligence to exploring the nuances of Addiction Coaching. As a lifelong learner, my journey also includes training in Personal Nutrition, Eating Disorders / Disordered Eating, Crystal Energy Healing, and much more.
