Participatory Development Solutions- ElMahrousa PDS

Participatory Development Solutions (ElMahrousa PDS) was founded in 2011 to promote and enhance sustainable development, sustainable stability, and prosperity of the target communities, striving for a better quality of life for all. PDS’s methodology consists of facilitating the learning and adaptation processes of various communities and organizations. Beneficiaries of El-Mahrousa PDS are both public and private organizations and individuals. Our mission is to build their institutional and individual capacities and fostering multi-stakeholders consultation for effectively designing, implementing and measuring the progress of development strategies, so that they would be able to address key social and economic challenges. Programs led by ElMahrousa PDS addressing wide range of development gaps in the following three thematic domains: (1) Civil Society Development (CSD): stabilization of at-risk communities, peace-building, good governance, human rights, and the role and effectiveness of civil society organizations in development (2) Socioeconomic Inclusion and Development (SID): entrepreneurship and innovation in business development through SMEs, job-creation through behavioral change, migration and development, and decent work agenda; and (3) Sustainable Development Outreach (SDO): renewable energy, agribusiness development, water management, food security, climate change and protection of environment ElMahrousa PDS utilize results-oriented tools to realize its objectives. Our tools include rigorous research, inclusive dialogue and mediation process, effective advocacy, capacity building, networking and partnership, policy development, and incubation. Innovation-based interventions, results-oriented management, and human-driven actions are the determinants of ElMahrousa’s approach in assessing the needs, designing the interventions, and managing and evaluating its projects.
