Elmar Marinas LLC is a leading company based in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates, specializing in the design and manufacturing of floating pontoons, complete marinas, boardwalks, and marina components and accessories. These include aluminum gangways, stainless steel bollards, swim ladders, helical anchors, elastic anchoring systems, floating barriers, and solar panel platforms. ELMAR's manufacturing facility employs a skilled workforce of 260 people across three specialized sections: carpentry, GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), and metal fabrication. In 2020, the company launched a new line of modular pontoons designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, from the scorching heat of the Middle East to the freezing waters of the Arctic. These pontoons are known for their stability, durability, and elegant design. Most importantly, they are unsinkable. Crafted from high-quality resins, similar to those used in luxury yachts, the pontoons are made from 100% non-corrosive, environmentally friendly materials, with an estimated lifespan of over 50 years. The modular pontoons can be used individually for applications such as swimming platforms, or for mooring private boats, jet skis, and kayaks. They can also be interconnected to form larger commercial marinas capable of accommodating superyachts. Three modules can be stacked and shipped in a 40' container, making global distribution easy and efficient. The pontoons are designed for quick and simple installation, allowing a team of just three people—without specialized skills—to assemble a marina in a matter of hours.
