Elmec is a independently owned London based building services provider. Our core values have been developed over the years to match those of our clients by understanding each projects requirements and expectations and delivering just that and more. Continuously trying to bring something new to the table to improve delivery of every aspect of our business, whether it's through technology, introducing new products, creating new processes or finding way's we can be more environmentally aware. This has created great consistency and reliability across our organisation with accountability and transparency to our clients and staff ensuring each project is delivered with the same expectations as the last. We are a subcontractor who specialise in the commercial and residential sectors focusing mainly on small housing developments to large high rise buildings and mixed use dwellings. With our own offsite prefabrication yard we can deliver the full project in house and with our own experienced engineers. Our other main focus of works is on plant replacement. Carrying out chiller replacements, boiler houses, planned maintenance in occupied premises and installations of new plant and equipment to help reduce the carbon footprint of our industry and improve buildings environmental awareness.
