Elmentoz offers a circular economy solution for the animal feed industry with scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable protein sources. Our approach reduces environmental impact, achieving a 6-fold reduction in carbon footprint, a 207-fold decrease in water use, and a 107-fold reduction in land use. By integrating organic waste management, we provide rich insect protein with essential amino acids and enhance climate resilience. Using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae, we transform food waste into protein, reducing 300,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions and managing 2,400,000 metric tons of waste annually. Our IoT-enabled model optimizes decentralized insect farming. BSF protein is used in insect oil, poultry feed, shrimp feed, and sustainable pet food. By focusing on insect farming and the circular economy, Elmentoz supports a resilient, eco-friendly supply chain.
