eLockr is a free-to-use HR 2.0 platform using which an organization can write or issue employment credentials to its ex-employees. These credentials can be verified instantly and digitally by new employers or service providers, thus eliminating any scope for fraud by a person claiming to have been employed with the organization earlier. Employment credentials can be written at the time of deboarding an employee or contractor. Ex-employees can also view their digitally issued credentials, get notified each time they are verified, and also turn an explicit "consent" setting to enable highest privacy standards.
