ELSA is the world’s largest independent law students’ association. It comprises a membership of 54’000 students and recent graduates with the purpose to contribute to legal education, to foster mutual understanding and to promote social responsibility of law students and young lawyers.
ELSA operates primarily through its local groups, which are located at nearly 375 universities through 44 countries in Europe.
