Started in 2008, ElShaddai Centre is a faith-based NGO supporting refugees, asylum-seekers, stateless people groups, and other marginalised diaspora communities in Malaysia. We are endorsed by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Malaysia as an implementing partner. We provide 4 core services to the communities.
