The tools enable you to calculate customer lifetime value and compare it across many dimensions: product category, channel, gender, age group, country, time of acquisition. - Optimizing acquisition channels: allows to easily evaluate correct customer value over his/her lifetime and split it by various dimensions such as marketing channel, marketing campaign, customer segment, acquisition date, and any other dimension specific to your business. - Managing existing customer base: allows to track each individual customer by various dimensions like the probability that this customer is alive, the probability that he will make a transaction next week or next month, how many transactions he will make, and as a result what will be the total lifetime value of this customer.
