ELTINGA is the brand name of the ELTEcon Centre for Real Estate Research. We believe that the knowledge in economics is practically useful and theoretical aspects have fundamental role in making successful business decisions. Compared to developed countries, in Hungary there is little cooperation between the private sector and the academic world, which makes ELTINGA - launched in 2010 - the first university based institution that provides up to date analyses of the Hungarian real estate market as well as consulting and educational services.
