ELTIZAM for development and training is one of AL-BESHIR group subsidiaries that advance Jordanian youth’s rights and equality for girls by providing them with professional knowledge and technical skills consistent with the Jordanian, regional, and global labor market. It was established and registered in Jordan in 2016 as a non-profit company and social responsibility. ELTIZAM operates within working team of experts, consultants, specialists, and engineers who have long prac􀆟cal experience and know-how knowledge in technical and voca􀆟onal educa􀆟on and training, and holding advanced scien􀆟fic and specialized professional degrees which acquired in their act and their prac􀆟cal experiences and know-how knowledge that invested in designing and carrying out the T.V.T. training programs and consul􀆟ng services to meet the needs of beneficiaries and clients in order to strengthen their capabili􀆟es and efficiency consistent with ongoing changes and development in a changing compe􀆟􀆟ve environment to achieve the best results with the highest degree of efficiency that our clients and beneficiaries will gain.
