As a Department of the Army Civilian Mr. Williams held job specialties GS0346-12 (Supervisory Automated Logistics Specialist) and GS2210-12 (Supervisory Information Technology Specialist); and has held positions at the 21st TSC G6, USAREUR G4, USAREUR G6, Fort Carson Staff Judge Advocate, and Fort Carson Directorate of Information Management (DOIM).
