Em & Drew House is a coworking café tailored to support parent with early years children (1-5).
In a nutshell, we are a childcare facilities with soft play areas or creche, a separated office space and a contemporary café.
Our purpose is to Empower Parents in the workforce and on the social stage. To widen their choices and give them the opportunities to create a better work/life balance. We want to make the needs of working parents more visible and meet those needs. Since 2020, the work perspective has changed especially for parents. There is an increasing need and demand for those structures from hybrid, remote, and laptop parent workers.
Our unique USP aims to be both parent centric and child-centric. A safe public space where parents can identify themselves, express their adult identity, socialise and have a conversation or work while staying close to and bonding with their little one.
We are working toward a new approach to the traditional workforce structure. By offering a Hybrid space design to combine thriving at professional responsibilities and enjoying being a parent.
Our concept has the potential to bring positive change for working families.
