Ekometall Exploration

Ekometall Exploration GmbH (“Ekometall” or the “Company”) is an Austria-based mineral exploration company focused on systematically exploring and developing its portfolio of regional copper, base metal, and precious metal exploration targets. We control Austria’s largest licensed area for base and precious metals exploration, comprised of 1,042 “Freischurfen” or 425m diameter circular license claims. These claims cover approximately 500 square kilometers in the Austrian Alps. We have applied rigorous desktop work reviewing the vast archives of historical data related to past mine workings, historical mine plans, and described mineral resources to compile a portfolio of what we believe to be the most prospective group of copper projects in Austria. Ekometall completed its initial exploration campaign in 2023, focused specifically on sampling and understanding the mineral occurrences surrounding many of the historical mining areas. This campaign yielded positive results, with samples producing up to 5.1% copper and 1 g/t gold. The company is now focused on expanding its operations to understand the scale and viability of its most prospective regional targets. The company believes that Austria has the potential to be a key piece of the critical raw materials supply chain within Europe. Ekometall is uniquely positioned within close proximity to many downstream consumers of the critical raw materials that the company is exploring for and is determined to make the discoveries to support these Austrian and European critical raw material supply chains.
