The EM Mentoring programme aims to connect students/recent graduates with event industry professionals to help bridge the gap between academia and the working world. The programme is designed to develop a relationship between a Mentor/Mentee to provide guidance, experience and opportunities where possible to help Mentees take their first steps onto their future career paths.
