The EMA Group has a history dating back to 1954 with CMPS&F operating from Newcastle
as a national consulting engineering company. Engineers and Managers Australia (EMA)
was established and registered as a specialist recruitment business in 1994 and was the
first member of the EMA group of companies.
Now known as EMA Workforce, the recruitment business has enjoyed significant growth
in terms of size, capability and reputation. We are now widely recognised as a leader in
