The vision and mission statement of the company is to assist in the formulation of emails such that the user will experience greater efficiency, express themselves with greater clarity resulting in increased productivity and reduced staff turnover. The English language is one of the most difficult in the world to master. Weather a native speaker or secondary user the English language should not be the barrier to communication. Emails in particular are susceptible to miscommunication in that the meaning and intent is often scrabbled or lost due to the senders limitations with vocabulary or sentence structure. This web site seeks to remove the communication hurdle by providing live expert help with grammar, sentence structure and reorganization so the users message is delivered in a professional manner. This level of service for the email communication platform does not exist as of yet.
