We provide Professional Consulting Engineering Services in six phases as follows:
1. Negotiations: As a regular part of our services, we assist the client in pre-contract negotiations by providing recommendations of construction materials, analysis of potential problem areas and cost estimates that enable the client to prepare realistic construction budgets. compatible with the scope of the Project.
2. Preliminary Studies and Designs: Upon Client's approval(s) we provide studies of alternative design approaches to aid the Client in determining the final design solution. Comparative engineering designs are prepared for each of the proposed systems considered to be appropriate for the intended Project(s).
3. Project Development: Our professional team with extensive hands-on experience in the construction business, based on client’s particular requirements, proceeds to develop the project.
4. Design Services: Starting with preliminary layouts, incorporating the design decisions reached through analysis of the prior comparative studies. Construction Documents, are completed and delivered within the shortest possible time.
5. Project Surveillance: Field inspection on site, for as built construction, is assigned to experienced personnel trained for efficient job surveillance.
