Embodied Leadership

Embodied Leadership is a model of training and development that understands the value and importance of tuning into the body’s wisdom and leading from a deep self-awareness and a regulated nervous system. Founded by Psychotherapist Michelle Leeder and Coach Mel Wiggins, Embodied Leadership is a brand new and necessary approach to the leadership development space in the UK. Working with individuals, teams and organisations that want to lead from a place of regulation and self-awareness, knowing that when we do, we have a greater capacity to remain grounded, aligned and steady even when complexity and chaos surrounds. We’re here to help leaders and organisations understand how and when to tap into the wisdom of their bodies to lead well, have an impact and work sustainably.
