Embodied Self

Embodied Self is an initiative by a team of clinical psychologists wherein we provide professional mental health services. The idea stemmed from the ever increasing prevalence of heavy disconnect between our minds and bodies. The stigma attached to seeking mental health help thereby increases this disconnect further. We at Embodied Self understand these bio-psycho-social facets and help you empower by working on core areas at an individual level. We cater to various mental health issues across different age groups, gender identities, occupations. The aim is not only to eradicate the suffering but to further promote and enhance self growth and positive personality development.
