Embracing Change

Born and bred in the UK, of Jamaican descent, I lived in France for 20 years before coming to Johannesburg, where I have been living since 2001. I have been in change management since 1990, though it did not have any form or function at that time. Embracing Change came about because of the numerous requests for me to provide a solution that would reduce change fatigue for employees during times of organisational change. Since the change team is always reduced to a minimum, I had to find a way to do it with the highest impact and least resources. I realised that the best way to reduce change impacts is to embrace the change, rather than resist it. Today, I provide change and transformation services to changemakers, who wish to navigate through the transition effectively. I develop compassionate leaders who wish to expand their businesses with their teams, to better serve their customers.
