As an accredited facilitator and assessor, I help businesses step up a level through workshops and training. As a business coach, I help them business professionals or new business owners overcome any hidden obstacles, self-sabotaging beliefs or fears so that they reach their most important goals sooner. • On a more personal level, I can assist with anyone experiencing a general or vague feeling of dissatisfaction, re-evaluating life choices, or simply looking to affect a change in their personal or professional lives. • As a career coach, I assist with career transitions and career paths management • As a cyber coach, I offer e-coaching services – This is a monthly service where the client can email me questions and once a week I will answer and set them up with a task. It involves a free 20-minute introductory coaching call • Workshop facilitation – I offer training and workshops on soft skills in the workplace, coaching and mentoring for managers, social media strategies, basic entrepreneurship skills and team building. These courses can be optimized, by combining them with group coaching to fully embed the learning experience which has be proven to lead to higher productivity than training alone. • Mentoring – Some clients want a little more assistance than coaching and this is where mentoring steps in. With a MBA, and 20 years industry experience behind me mostly in financial services, I also acts as a mentor in the Financial services industry, especially in Practice Management Consulting.
