EMC facilitates the industry with regards to Training, recruitment, internal relations, and skills development. We offer a consultancy division where we assist organisations by placing the correct staff members in the positions where both employee and employer will flourish to the best of their capabilities. EMC has trained to date more than 69 training workshops ranging from the admin to security and cleaning fields from 2017. EMC's recruitment division has placed more than 1 143 applicants in the service industry. Our recruitment area covers the whole of the western cape and major cities outside of the Western Cape. EMC covers the following sectors in the recruitment and training sector: • Private Security Sector • Professional cleaning (Commercial, Industrial and Specialised) • Junior Management • General Support Staff EMC has a proven name in the service industry and is confident that they can deliver the service that is required.
