1995 yılında perçin üretimiyle sektöre giren Emek Perçin, müşteri taleplerine en iyi şekilde cevap verebilmek ve ürün çeşitliliğini artırmak amacıyla çalışmaktadır. 8.000 m² kapalı alanda, 90 kişilik ekibiyle üretim yapan firmamız, yarım delik perçin, somunlu perçin, montebent somun, vida, yüsük ve burç gibi geniş bir ürün yelpazesine sahiptir. 2000 yılından itibaren Avrupa, Rusya ve Orta Doğu’ya ihracat yaparak uluslararası pazarda yerini sağlamlaştırmıştır.
Kaliteye verdiğimiz önemle 2006 yılında DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 ve 2014 yılında TSE belgelerini aldık. Aynı yıl optik seçme makinesi, çekme-basma ve sertlik test cihazlarıyla üretim süreçlerimizi geliştirdik. 2017 yılında üretim kapasitemizi aylık 100 milyon adete çıkardık. 2018 yılında Selimpaşa-Silivri’deki modern fabrikamıza taşınarak otomotiv, beyaz eşya, elektronik, mobilya ve savunma gibi birçok sektöre hizmet vermeye devam ediyoruz.
Founded in 1995, Emek Perçin entered the fastener industry with rivet production and focuses on meeting customer demands and expanding its product range. Operating in an 8,000 m² closed facility with 90 employees, we offer a wide variety of products including semi-hollow rivets, threaded rivets, montebent nuts, screws, eyelets, and bushings. Since 2000, we have strengthened our presence in international markets, exporting to Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.
With our dedication to quality, we obtained DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2006 and TSE certification in 2014. The same year, we enhanced production processes with investments in optical sorting machines, tensile-compression, and hardness testing devices. By 2017, our monthly production capacity reached 100 million units. In 2018, we moved to our modern facility in Selimpaşa-Silivri, continuing to serve industries such as automotive, white goods, electronics, furniture, and defense.
