Emerald Partners US offices are in Beverly Hills Los Angeles and Austin Texas through affiliated company Emerald Partners US Corp a New York registered company. Emerald has numerous investments in consumer products, entertainment and technology companies. Its principals are co-founders and advisers to the Domus US Multifamily Real Estate Funds sponsored by Geringer Capital. In 2024 Emerald invested in a specialist CPG Advisory platform that will target high growth early stage brands looking to establish operations in the US market. In its advisory work, Emerald specializes in financing and advising high growth companies across a wide range of industry sectors with a focus on US/Asia and US/Australia and LATAM cross border relationships and transactions. Emerald Australia has expertise in IPOs and public company takeovers having completed numerous IPOs and M&A transactions. Emerald's international clients access capital via the firm's own resources, its institutional, family office and high net worth investor network and its extensive connections with VC and private equity firms.
