EMERGE The ERG Community

EMERGE (The ERG Community) is a cross-industry community of race diversity and black employee networks. We unite ERG leaders and members to collaborate, share best practices and create community driven initiatives that support Black professionals across sectors. From flagship events and mentoring to external outreach and recognition, EMERGE is where individual ERGs merge into a powerful, united movement - built to uplift, empower and sustain year-round progress. EMERGE has 3 key pillars 1. Visibility and representation - We spotlight talent, voices and industries all year round, prolonging the conversation for our black employees and members beyond October (UK Black History Month) 2. Equity and advocacy - We champion respect, fairness and recognition for black employees within our network regardless of industry or sector 3. Empowerment and Sharing Best Practice - We equip ERG leads with tools, knowledge and a supportive network to support them in delivering the best value for their ERG members
