Emergency Services Property Advisors (ESPA), provide a completely free service to emergency services professionals looking to buy or sell property including Police, Fire, Ambulance, S.E.S and their families.
ESPA founder Luke Lawlor has over twenty years’ experience owning and operating real estate agencies on the Mornington Peninsula and came up with the concept of offering his services exclusively to emergency services workers after returning home from a ‘bucket list’ walk of the Kokoda Track. Joining Luke on the trek were some lifelong friends who are current emergency service workers including Peter Condon, a serving police officer and the owner of Kokoda Courage treks.
While walking the track and chatting with his friends and other emergency service workers, Luke quickly realised that these people were in highly stressful jobs, working shift work and trying to raise families all at the same time. If he could help these people to get the highest price while taking all the hard work and stress out of the selling process, then he would be providing a dedicated advocacy service to the emergency services industry that had never been offered before.
The team at ESPA are proud to partner with The Police Association of Victoria and are strong supporters of Legacy and Blue Ribbon. ESPA are looking to foster relationships with other charities and associations across the emergency services sector. When acting on behalf of a client, ESPA receives a portion of the real estate agent’s fee, and then donates 20% of this to an industry charity of their client’s choice. This ensures that money flows back into the industry they serve.
