Emerging Enterprise Center

The Emerging Enterprise Center, "Incubation-Education-Advocacy", is designed to provide business support services to start-up companies, connecting businesses with a comprehensive network of partners, mentors, investors, bankers, attorneys, accountants and business professionals. The EEC provides Support, Access & Advice to early stage businesses, and a nurturing environment, which allows them to focus on growing their business, and developing business skills so they can graduate with a sustainable business model that improves their chance of success. Business Incubation includes Resident, Virtual, Pre-Incubation and International Soft Landings Programs Business Education includes programs in Finding Your Next Customer, Business Fundamentals, Roundtables and Non Profit Forum Series, along with Co-Sponsored Programs with strategic partners like SBA, SCORE, SBDC. Entrepreneurial Advocacy - The EEC provides access, through a network of strategic partners and business relationships and contacts with business leaders in the community with a variety of resources and support. The Emerging Enterprise Center is a New Castle County Chamber of Commerce initiative that provides mentoring, educational opportunities, networking events, shared office equipment, receptionist services and other amenities that are vital to the success of a new business.
